You don’t need to know much about me but I am a respectful, down to earth guy who some call an old soul. I met my best friend and wife, Faith through swing dancing and church while attending WSU. I am an outdoor enthusiast and inspired by the incredible beauty of the Pacific Northwest to pair with your wedding day!

Step 1 of 7
The best time to reserve your day with me is as soon as you know the wedding date. I book from now to 2 years out. I limit the weddings I shoot each year to maintain a high level of service, images, and products for you. Your entire wedding day is reserved for you as soon as I receive a signed contract with a retainer.
If you are getting married in less than 3 months and you are trying to pin down a last minute photographer, please message me now - I would love to be there for you.
Save The Date
Step 2 of 7
After your wedding date is reserved you will see some questionnaires to help me get to know the two of you, your together story, what you value and what you find joy in.
This is a good time to consider how you want to keep your wedding memories. I strongly encourage you to print archival quality images. Will you want a few large pictures to display in your home, or have a small print of each wedding day photo stored in a photo box? The easiest way to store your photos and relive wedding day is with an album. Albums are printed on 100+ year papers, self contained, and jaw dropping gorgeous!
Getting To Know You
Step 3 of 7
Here is the fun part! Engagement picture sessions are a laid back and fun date in a beautiful place.
I have a casual style that encourages you to loosen up and have fun, practice your first dance, and then get cozy. I encourage you to plan a date right after your engagement shoot just to hang on to the experience a little longer.
Where will we go? A park, wild field, mountains, lake, river, forest, etc - Let’s talk!

Well before wedding day, we will work your wedding and photography timeline. My goal is to get you the best photos while maximizing your time celebrating and minimizing stress.
Two things I strongly recommend in your timeline are first look pictures and sunset couples pictures. A first look is a great way to shake off the anxious tension before walking down the aisle and allows us to get your wedding party and potentially family photos done prior to the ceremony. This leaves ample time for you to celebrate and enjoy your guests! If you want beautiful golden hour couples photos - we can make a plan to sneak away when your presence is less required.

Woohoo! Time to party! By now, all of your questions have been taken care of and your timeline is complete. I am so excited for you both and am grateful for the opportunity to be by your side to be photographing all of the smiles, tears, big events and small details on your most special day!

After the wedding, I post a few sneak peak images for you to share. I know the anticipation of seeing all the pictures is enormous and I cant wait to share them with you!
Within 8 weeks, your images will arrive in an online gallery for you to download and share. I will keep you up to date on any pre-ordered products.

Spokane Wedding Photographer Pricing
I used to offer full day coverage but found 8 hours to be the sweet spot for not only the best photos but the most peace for the bride and groom on their wedding day. Wedding day is busy and having those precious hours of unscripted time before the wedding day race begins are enormously valuable to your well-being.
In 8 hours, I am able to take all of your essential wedding day photos all while guests are still at the wedding and looking/ feeling their best. But if you really want more wedding photo coverage, that is available.
My wedding day photo essentials include but are not limited to: detail shots (venue, rings, dress, special printed goods, etc.), getting ready, first look, couples formals, bridesmaid formals, groomsmen formals, bridal party, family formals, the ceremony, sunset couples formals, cake, the reception and either a real end of wedding exit or better yet – a staged exit while most of your guests are still at your wedding.
There are three parts to this question. First, full resolution means images will be delivered at the same resolution my camera produces minus any minimal cropping that may occur to make the images look their absolute best. Second, every photo is professionally color-corrected, adjusted to the style you see throughout this website and has had minor blemishes touched up. Thirdly, images are delivered to you via an online gallery where you can download images and have access to my professional print lab. This allows family and friends to print their favorite images as well (if you ok that). Just in case I need to say it, your downloaded and printed wedding images are watermark free.
I have three ultimate favorites but enjoy it all! I love first looks for their raw emotion and the incredible power of the couple seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day. Another favorite part of the wedding day is the end of the ceremony, after the first kiss, when the newly wed couple walks back to cheers and applause. Sunset couples formals are my other top favorite wedding day moment because these photos turn out so incredibly beautiful! Sunset photos are for sure the ones you will put up on your walls.

Nate did our wedding photos and they turned out amazing! He even knows how to photograph fireworks in such a brilliant way! I recommend him!! We got so many beautiful pictures with both our families and our bridesmaids/ groomsmen! Such great memories all captured for us to enjoy and remember.

We had Nate as the photographer for our wedding. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. He made sure to do his homework on our wedding details and got to know us a little bit prior to wedding to make sure his time was well spent. We were pretty manic as the date got closer and Nate was really professional and patient with us as we tried to figure out all of our last minute details. We were incredibly happy with the photos he took. The actual wedding day went by so fast that it’s a little hard to remember all of it but Nate’s photos captured all the fun and pertinent details that we might of missed or forgotten about, especially as time moves on. The day came so suddenly, arrangements made previously became such a blur as everyone scrambled to make things perfect despite the morning of pouring down rain. My story may not be perfect, but my photographer sure made it look that way!
When Nate showed up and began taking photos I was stressed to the core over the rain “ruining everything”, yet he jumped right in and got to work on what he was there to do. Nate took pictures of all the important items that I had with me throughout my day, he took delicate care in placing everything together seamlessly and in perfect lighting. He also caught such amazing family moments as he followed us around the party never leaving our sides, moments that we will treasure for a lifetime. When I look through these pictures today I can’t help but let tears flow as I see all the beauty that was there throughout the day despite the rain!
