They didn’t just have a beautiful piece of property and decide it would be ideal for a wedding. Instead, their staff of dedicated event specialists knew exactly the criteria that would make for a stunning special occasion. They found everything they were looking for in the land that has now become Belles on the Bluff.
The venue has a large villa on the property that houses a beautiful pool, tennis courts, and over 6 bedrooms to accommodate your wedding party or close friends and family. The barn has been elegantly designed and lovingly cared for, with string lights, bespoke furniture, and gorgeous rustic architecture. It is perfectly picturesque and classic. Also, the iconic red and white exterior is surrounded by stunning vistas of open fields and striking trees. It’s aesthetically stunning and the perfect spot if you are looking for the barn wedding of your dreams.
Details of the Grounds
The Belles on the Bluff estate offers plenty of picturesque locations to make your wedding day unforgettable. Whether you envision an indoor or outdoor setting, there are plenty of opportunities to plan your perfect event. Their spaces can accommodate events for up to 200 people.
The Arbor is the name of their outdoor space, typically used for romantic wedding ceremonies. It features 360-degree views of rural Spokane, with incredible views of the surrounding forests and fields. Mountains will be green and blue in the summer, making them the perfect backdrop for summer weddings. Autumn events, though potentially chillier, offer breathtaking fall colors.
The Barn is perfect for hosting your fabulous reception, with rustic wood tables, elegant Chiavari chairs, draped lights, and warm wood accents. The furniture in the barn was handmade for the facility, including long farm tables for guests and unique tables for your guest book and cake.
Getting Ready Rooms
As far as getting ready, the bridal cottage is an ideal private space for the bride and her party to get ready for the day. It is a beautiful and spacious one-bedroom cottage complete with a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Basically, it’s your private home away from the hustle and bustle of the big day. The groom and groomsmen have a suite of three rooms in which they can get ready. Including a room with a pool table, another with a poker table, and a dressing room, so your groom’s party can get ready in style and stay entertained.
Some other amenities the venue offers are the private garage in which you can store all of your wedding-related decor and items. In addition, you can use a romantic primary suite for the bride and groom should they choose to spend the night on-site after the reception. There is also plenty of off-road parking for guests and a golf cart shuttle to help as needed.
Photography Opportunities
Belles on the Bluff has many incredible locations to capture your perfect wedding photos. Their gorgeous outdoor vistas are the perfect backdrop for your outdoor photos, regardless of the season. Their expansive fields and trees provide the ideal rustic elegance for spectacular pictures almost as breathtaking as the bride and groom.
The incredible spiral staircase on the property with rich, beautiful brick and stainless steel stairs make for striking wedding portraits. It has become iconic in association with Belles on the Bluff. Their main gates are also beautiful backdrops for elegant portraits, framed with plenty of trees and rolling grass.
The main house’s exterior has lovely stone staircases perfect for adding levels to photos of your bridal party and a beautiful bridge that arches over landscaped gardens. The barn itself has a gorgeous exterior for the ideal fabulous farm shot. There are also plenty of cozy corners inside the barn for intimate couple shots.
Wedding Details
Belles on the Bluff offers three options for booking weddings. You can choose to have them host your ceremony and reception, the reception only, or book an all-inclusive wedding that features their selected vendors.
Booking a wedding allows 14 hours of Estate access, with arrival time for the bride and groom scheduled at 9:00 AM and leaving at 9:00 PM, when the reception ends (with two hours of rehearsal and setup time before the wedding day.) You can also book accommodations on-site for up to 30 friends and family to make things a little easier!
Belles on the Bluff offers complete setup and cleanup with their on-site coordination. So they handle all. the details while you and your party relax. At the end of the night, you must take anything you brought with you and walk away to enjoy the rest of your wedding night as husband and wife. They provide table linens and a variety of table decorations, like log rounds, signs, vases, mason jars, charcuterie boards, mirrors, chalkboards, and more!
You can choose to bring in any licensed caterer of your choosing, and you can bring in your own alcohol. So you only buy what you need! You just have to hire a licensed bartender for liability purposes.
They also offer an all-inclusive option. Belles on the Bluff will use their trusted caterers, beer and wine distributors, and DJ. So all you have to do is provide your attire, flowers, and cake!
