This park has five unique garden areas recognized for its diverse horticultural collections. The Parks and Recreation Department maintains the park’s native and cultivated landscape and its gorgeous botanical gardens. Manito Park weddings also feature Mirror Pond. Mirror Pond is a popular location for visitors who enjoy watching ducks and other wildlife. Another area is Park Bench Cafe which is open for light meals. Loop Drive and Bridge feature majestic views of the Rose Garden. Upper and Lower Playgrounds are favorite spots for families, and the Gaiser Conservatory features beautiful floral displays that change seasonally.

Duncan Garden is a European Renaissance-style garden with a gazebo that can hold up to 100 guests. The Davenport Fountain can accommodate up to 50 guests. However, couples provide the chairs at this location. The Ferris (Perennial) Garden features the Southwest by Statue, which can host up to 100 guests, and the North End with Bench, which can host up to 100 people. The Nishinomiya Tsutakawa Japanese Garden can accommodate up to 30 guests, and no pets or amplified sounds are permitted. The Lilac Garden is home to a varietal called the Syringa vulgaris “Spokane,” a lovely new double pink lilac. This space has a capacity of 125 guests and has restrooms nearby. Altogether, the Lilac Garden is most beautiful in the spring when flowers bloom.
Receptions can happen at the Manito East Lawn or the Rotary Club Shelter. The Manito East Lawn is located on the east side of Duncan Garden and features 96,000 square feet of natural beauty. This venue features electric and water connections, amplified sound, and catering or food trucks. The Rotary Club Shelter is a reception space with a picnic area. Additionally, this Manito Park wedding area features six built-in barbecue pits, grills, and picnic tables with benches and can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Lush greenery, vibrant blooms, sunlight, sprawling lawns, fountains, pathways, arches, and towering trees make stunning backdrops for elegant wedding photos. Pricing differs for events under 50 guests and events of more than 50 guests. Park areas are available for rent in four-hour time blocks. Services include electrical access, amplified sound, pop-up tents, inflatables, canopies, and caterers. Furthermore, services and amenities are available individually for additional fees.
