20 minutes from downtown Spokane, Washington and a mere 4 minutes from Mead, Peone View is a wide open, bright and airy wedding venue. Peone View hosts May and October weddings inside and out of the elements for up to 110 people. From June through couples can choose an outdoor wedding of up to 200 people or some version of indoor/ outdoor.

Peone View offers rehearsal time during the week before your wedding. For Friday weddings, the venue is available from 2pm-10pm. Saturday and Sunday wedding rentals are available from 12pm-10pm.

Details of the Grounds

Surrounded by wheat fields and set on a gentle sloped hill, Peone View is a beautiful and romantic 3 acre paradise.

Outdoors

Nature is on full display at this wide open venue. On your wedding day the full venue is available from the main hall and throughout the gardens. A 350’ pond and shimmering leaf trees are the backdrop to a custom white arbor making the perfect focal point to exchange vows. Lovely stairs set into the landscape create beautiful lines for wedding photos as well as impromptu seating. The wedding venue also includes a playground to keep kids entertained, an outdoor fireplace and a pergola complete with twinkling lights.

Indoors

Peone View interiors are described as having a modern/rustic style interior. Large picture windows and French doors fill the space with light in and lovely views out. A huge plus to the indoor venue space is not only heating for the cooler seasons but also air conditioning for those blistering late July weddings.

Grooms Room

Just a few steps from the main hall is the grooms room. The space is adequate for the guys to get prepared for the day.

Bridal Loft

The Bridal loft is well appointed for the ladies to have space to get ready. Huge mirrors are at every turn in this well-lit room with a spacious vanity. Inside the loft area is an additional private room with a bed. A full bathroom and a refrigerator to keep hunger away round out the ladies space for getting ready.

Wedding Details

At Peone View you can choose your rates based on which day of the week your wedding will be on. The rental rates and the basic amenities they offer for their Washington weddings are a flat rate. Additional add on options are available as desired in order to keep the rental rates competitive.

Wedding packages include:

A 1hr rehearsal the week before your wedding
Water and Ice tea station is provided upon guest arrival (day of the event)
White parasols for your guests to use
Inside the Venue we have provided a staging area for caterers complete with a tall food warmer, large commercial refrigerator for food and a large sink. A garage door allows for easy vendor/caterer access to the staging area.
19 gorgeous wood tables that seat 8 guests
200 wood and ivory padded chairs
Beautiful distressed white wood round cake table, easels for your signs and 4 standup cocktail tables
Additional 5 plastic foldable tables with white linens are available to use for guest sign-in, gift table, DJ table, etc.
A sound system for the Ceremony is also provided
Ice rental and dish rental is available upon request
A Peone View Venue Coordinator is on the grounds for the duration of the event.
The venue can be reserved for 10 hours Saturday & Sunday and 8 hours on Fridays.

Peone View provides onsite parking, indoor bathroom facilities, and a day of coordinator for a successful stress-free wedding.
