Particularly, the owners are always brainstorming ways to renovate Rustic River into the best possible event space for clients. The owners have three grown daughters and five grandkids, and the family atmosphere is evident at this warm, inviting venue. The family wants all couples and guests to feel right at home!

Details of the Grounds
You can find the Rustic River Wedding Venue at the heart of lush woodlands, surrounded by thick groves of cedar trees. The creek flows and meanders through the forest and along the property, giving nature lovers the most spectacular views. From sweeping vistas to deep green fields, this property is a tranquil retreat that respects the beauty of nature.
Couples can choose from five ceremony sites at Rustic River, each with a different style. Couples might choose to exchange vows in the open space of the Courtyard, which features a grapevine-draped entry, church pews, and scenic views of trees and a river. The 50-foot Pergola is another ceremony option and is lovely for a gorgeous photoshoot before, during, or after the ceremony. The forest backdrop behind the Pergola offers a sense of peace and privacy.
Ceremony Spaces
Nature-loving couples might get married at the River’s Edge, a beautiful choice with the Pend Oreille River as a backdrop. This picturesque event space features stunning scenic views. Couples can use the historic Barn, built in 1899. The open fields, rusted metal arched bridge, aged wood, and draped Edison lights add to the rustic-chic ambiance of this event space. The Barn’s interior can also be used with 5,000 square feet of event space. Additionally, the Barn features 100-year-old natural wood, a wide open vaulted roofline, lofts on both sides overlooking the main floor, and a separate covered area for catering services. Additionally, the Rustic River Wedding Venue also features two separate getting-ready areas for the wedding party to prepare for the big day. The venue also offers a variety of accommodations for overnight guests. The rustic Farmhouse features three bedrooms, a loft, two full bathrooms, a bridal suite, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and an office area. RVs and tent campers are welcome in the venue’s campgrounds.
The venue’s schoolhouse, built in 1917, can function as a food or flower storage space with two commercial refrigerators. The barbecue area features four Pitboss grills and 2 Pitboss smokers. The Groom’s Cabin has a murphy bed, poker table, and private outside area. The venue’s vintage bar and dance floors help keep the party going. The tranquil greenhouse is ideal for stargazing through its see-through roof.
The venue features 1,000 feet of river frontage, ancient cedar grove forests, open fields, canals meandering through the 10-acre property, and creekside photo opportunities year-round.
