Details of the Grounds
The Farmhouse on Green Bluff property can accommodate up to 200 guests and is the perfect destination for wedding celebrations of all kinds. The interior space of the barn can host up to 150 for a seated event. For large weddings, tables are set on the patio, shaded by the barn, and accessed through three large French doors. Event spaces include the Barn, Ceremony Lawn, The Suite, The Shed, Veranda, and Courtyard. The Ceremony Lawn seats up to 200 guests.
Two getting-ready areas are available for the bridal party to use: The Suite and The Shed. The Suite is a private dressing suite with an outdoor courtyard. The Shed is a second separate dressing area for the bridal party.
In addition to the barn, the venue has a beautiful ceremony lawn, a light string veranda, and a courtyard with a fire pit.
If there is rain in the forecast, a backup plan is in place, depending on the guest count. For weddings with over 150 guests, The Farmhouse recommends bringing in a tent. The event is moved to the barn if the guest count is under 150. The venue also has 75 large white umbrellas available for guests to use.

Before the event, the couple is welcome to use the grounds for an engagement photo session for up to 2 hours. On the wedding day, there are many gorgeous photo opportunities around the property. A Vendor Coordinator is provided and assists with answering any questions during the planning process, from recommendations to timelines. One month before the event, the Vendor Coordinator conducts a walk-through of a venue with the couple and any family and friends they invite along. During the wedding week, the Vendor Coordinator will put together a timeline of when all the vendors are arriving and confirm the final details. On the event day, the Vendor Coordinator takes care of any issues that arise. For instance, keeping all items stocked and ensuring everything goes according to plan.
The venue’s kitchen has cake stands, drink dispensers, coffee servers, and more. However, the venue does not provide decorations. The Farmhouse is responsible for setting up and cleaning up. This includes tables, chairs, and outdoor furniture, and cleaning up after the event.
Rentals include farmhouse tables, black cross-back chairs, live edge ceremony benches, a cedar arbor, wine barrels, a bar, and furniture. Venue rentals include:
